Clear Retainers and Their Lifespan:

With proper care, MaxRetainer clear retainers typically last between 6 months and 3 years. If you are not fully satisfied with the fit of your retainer within the first 30 days of receiving it, we offer a full refund (excluding any applicable shipping or taxes) or a replacement, based on your preference.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, we will provide a full refund (minus any applicable shipping or taxes) within 30 days of purchase.

Handling Teeth Grinding:

Frequent grinding or clenching of teeth can significantly reduce the lifespan of your retainer. For those who grind or clench their teeth, we recommend considering a grind guard retainer. This thicker retainer helps to retain teeth while withstanding the pressure of clenching and grinding.

STL File Policy:

Your teeth impressions are converted into STL files, which we can use to create future molds or aligners. These files are stored and can be retrieved for future orders as long as there has been no significant dental work and no "no-use period" exceeds 60 days. This ensures the accuracy and effectiveness of any new retainers or aligners.
